Albuquerque, NM- A motor vehicle/pedestrian accident Sunday afternoon, May 11, 2025, left one man dead and a woman injured.

As reported by KOAT.com, “APD’s fatal crash team is investigating the crash that happened at Chelwood Park Boulevard NE and Menaul Boulevard.”

KRQE.com is reporting, “a pickup was turning from Chelwood Park onto Menaul Blvd. when the driver hit a man and a woman crossing the street. The woman had minor injuries, but the man was killed. APD said the driver failed to yield the right of way, and they’re still looking at possible charges.”

The investigation is ongoing.
