Spartanburg County, SC –A motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles Tuesday afternoon, April 22, 2025, tragically claimed the lives of three teens.
As reported by WTOC.com, “[t]hree high school students were killed and one person was hurt after a three-vehicle collision in South Carolina on Tuesday. South Carolina Highway Patrol said a Dodge pickup and a Chevrolet coupe were traveling west when they collided with a tractor-trailer traveling south on Fairforest Clevedale Road in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Troopers said the tractor-trailer was trying to make a left turn on Blackstock Road when the crash happened.
According to the report, “the three students in the Dodge were all killed. One of the teens died at the hospital. The driver in the Chevrolet was also hurt in the crash.”
WYFF4.com is reporting, “15-year-old Daniel Diaz and 16-year-old Aben Sisk [were unable to survive their injuries] at the scene of the crash. The third victim, identified as 17-year-old Itzel Garcia-Trejo, later [succumbed to] her injuries at the Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.”
The investigation is ongoing.
