A shooting at the Westbrooke Village apartment complex in Trotwood reportedly claimed the life of 19-year-old Alexander Rhoads Saturday afternoon, January 27, 2018.

According to WDTN 2, gunfire broke out at the “Westbrooke Village Apartments on Autumn Woods Drive around 1:15 p.m.” Tragically, Mr. Rhoads succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene. Police have apparently not yet identified the suspects who fled “in a silver vehicle,” per WHIO 7 reports.

A shooting outside a Marysville motel reportedly left a 31-year-old man with life-threatening injuries Tuesday night, February 20, 2018.

According to FOX 13, gunfire erupted “in the parking lot of the Village Motor Inn,” around 7:00 p.m. Responding officers discovered a male victim suffering from a single gunshot wound. It appears robbery may have been a motive, as KOMO News reports the “victim’s wallet was found missing from the scene.” The victim was transported to the hospital with a “traumatic brain injury.” His current condition has not been released.

According to News 6, officers “responded to the 3700 block of Trovati Street, the Courtyard Villa Apartments, at 7:58 p.m.” A male victim was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center with “serious” injuries. His current condition has not been released. Police are still searching for a suspect, per WFTV 9 reports.

Gunfire erupted outside a 7 Eleven gas station Sunday night, January 14, 2018, reportedly claiming the life of one victim.

According to CBS 4, the shooting occurred “at a 7-Eleven…convenience store located near Federal Boulevard and Kentucky Avenue,” around 6:00 p.m. One victim tragically succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene, per FOX 31 reports.
