Gunfire rang out at a Uniontown, PA bar Sunday night, May 12, 2024, leaving one woman dead and two other injured.
As reported by Post-Gazette.com, “police were called to [a bar] on Austin Street in Uniontown about 9:40 p.m. Sunday after shots were fired inside.”
According to the report, “one person died in the shooting and two others were taken to a hospital. One of those taken to the hospital is an apparent suspect.”
CBSnews.com is reporting, “32-year-old Shaquisa Sims was one of the people shot. She was taken to the hospital where she later died. [A] 29-year-old [individual] was also shot outside of the restaurant.”
The shooting remains under investigation.
