Shreveport, LA – Gunfire rang out at an apartment complex late Saturday night, August 16, 2025, leaving two people injured.
As reported by KSLA.com, “[o]n August 16, 11:20 p.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) responded to a shooting at an apartment complex located at 2929 Peach Street. Once officers got there, they learned that several people had gathered outside the complex when an unknown suspect began firing shots towards them.”
According to the report, “[t]wo victims were shot multiple times. One was transported to the hospital by EMT, the other was transported by private car.”
