Gunfire erupted Tuesday afternoon, June 4, 2024 at a Shreveport, LA gas station leaving one man dead.
As reported by KSLA.com, “[j]ust after 4:30 p.m., officers with the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) were dispatched to [the gas station] in the 4300 block of Linwood Avenue near Earl and Cox streets in reference to a shooting.”
According to the report, “[u]pon arrival, officers found a man shot multiple times, including in the head.”
KTALnews.com is reporting, “[t]he [shooting] claimed the life of 41-year-old Billy Doyle of Keithville.”
The shooting investigation is ongoing.
